Did you know that as an employee covered by the Decree, you have up to 1 year to file a complaint regarding non-compliance with the provisions of the Decree to the Parity Committee?
It is always recommended that the employee document as much information as possible on the work performed. Keeping pay slips and noting hours worked as well as work locations are simple but important actions.
