Contrary to a union whose main mission is to defend the rights of its members, the Parity Committee for security guards ensures that the provisions of the Decree<\/u><\/a> respecting security guards are enforced, respected and encouraged in order to ensure that the rights of employees are respected while promoting healthy competition between employers in the industry.<\/p>

Indeed, we also encourage employers to denounce situations where another employer of the industry does not comply with the Decree.
